Change of Mind / Non-Quality Issues

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item:

  • Partial refund (you keep the item) — amount determined case-by-case based on the situation
  • Full store credit toward any future purchase

This policy helps us keep prices affordable by avoiding expensive international return shipping.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly for fast shipping:

  • Within 1 hour of placing your order: Full cancellation available
  • After 1 hour: Order is being prepared/shipped and cannot be canceled

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund is approved, funds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at info@etalis.net.


When Refunds Cannot Be Provided

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery
  • Damage was caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
  • Insufficient evidence is provided to confirm the defect

EU Customers – Your Legal Rights

If you are located in the European Union:

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

Because we do not accept physical returns from any location, EU customers who exercise this right will receive:
