Total Delivery Time

Your complete delivery timeline includes:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (order preparation, quality check, packaging)
  • Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on location)

Total estimated delivery time from order placement:

  • United States: 8–17 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–9 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–17 business days
  • Rest of the World: 11–23 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


How It Works

After your payment is confirmed, we:

  • Verify your order details
  • Perform quality inspection
  • Carefully package your items
  • Hand over to our shipping partners

2. Shipping & Transit

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location (see estimates above).

3. Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link

Please note: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers including USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and other regional postal services depending on your location.

Most deliveries do not require a signature, but this may vary by carrier and destination.


Address Accuracy – Important!

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout
  • Delays caused by address errors

Made a mistake? Contact us immediately at info@etalis.net — we may be able to correct it before your order ships (within 1 hour of order placement).


🚨 Customs, Import Fees & Duties (International Orders)

IMPORTANT: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties based on your country's regulations.

These charges are:

  • ❌ NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • ✅ The customer's responsibility to pay
  • 📍 Determined by your local customs authority

We have no control over these fees. Please check with your country's customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed by customs.


Delivery Issues

Package Showing as Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, side doors)
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  4. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, email us at info@etalis.net with your order number and tracking details. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Resolution: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Significantly Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery window:

Contact us at info@etalis.net with your order number. We will:

  • Track the package with our shipping partners
  • Work to locate and expedite delivery
  • Provide a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery

You will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply depending on the reason for return.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • National holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Carrier-related issues

During peak seasons (November–January), please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-Order Items: The estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

Want items faster? Contact us at info@etalis.net before ordering — we may be able to split your shipment (in-stock items ship first), though this is handled case-by-case.


We Don't Ship To

Currently, we are unable to ship to:

  • PO Boxes (physical addresses only)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses

If you have special delivery needs, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
